Serendipity 3, a restaurant in Manhattan that introduced the most expensive dessert according to the Guinness Book of World records was shut down due to an infestation of roaches and mice. The restaurant failed two consecutive health inspections and was forced to close its doors. What makes this dessert so expensive you ask?
