I like the idea that we are finally moving away from lead generation companies and more like companies like eperks where there is an actual incentive for the buyer to contact the real estate agent.

very interesting idea to give an incentive off the agents comission, this could just out right work!!

There are a few companies out that are doing this now. I think it’s pretty, lot better then the rip off lead generation types.
